Genuinely the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. I needed to ammend my order as the US sizing was different to what i was used to and needed to make the sizes a little bigger than what i ordered. I contacted them about changing the sizes within 24 hours and they still just sent the rings out regardless. They had.multiple opportunities to get the package back to change the rings but made no effort. They do not check their dms, i sent multiple emails, sent 2 cancellation requests they declined and eventually sent an email saying I could divert the package back to them. I contacted the courier who told me it was actually up to Hard Jewelry to divert it. So i contacted them literally everywhere, dms, email etc etc. Nothing. So now im stuck with rings that dont fit and still got charged. Genuinely the worst company ive ever had to try to deal with, its clear they dont care about their customers experience. Yet they can check their dms for content they can post on their socials but not help or complaints. Id give 0 stars if I could.

It says it shipped it and it was delivered in my email but I still have not found it anywhere and think it got sent somewhere else and if you could refund me or send a new one, which is what I would rather have that would be nice, the address is 9074 NY Highway 66on the 2nd floor, thanks Ashton

Order a pendant during their recent promotion and three weeks later no progress was made. Hard jewelry only focus on shipping order that are 100+ dollars due to them fearing they’ll cancel and let the small orders wait and wait, till they refund. Don’t buy unless you want to wait for weeks, and sometime months.

absoluter mistladen ich habe vor 3 Monaten bestellt. Bei dem ersten mal dass die Bestellung "verschickt" wurde, wurde mir gesagt dass das an dem Lieferanten lag. Ok sehr nervig aber kann passieren. Das ganze geht aber jetzt immer wieder so seit 3 Monaten. SEIT 3 MONATEN. Die Ringe die ich bestellt habe sind auch wirklich alles andere als Günstig. Richtiger Schrott. Nie wieder

Although the product was OK, it took forever to get it. I was promised it would ship within 15 days. I ordered well before Christmas and got it late January. Lots of excuses, but no results. I will not buy Hard Jewelry again.
