Jen from Harajuku Streetwear Support was extremally kind, professional, and made sure that I was more than content with my issues. I sent my hoodie back for an exchange since it was too small. Then Jen helped me throughout the entire exchange process from start to finish. There was a point where a tracking number was misread or wrong but Jen helped made sure that my item was being processed. Currently it is on it's way to me and I am very happy with how Jen handled everything. Wonderful customer support!

The material of the hoodie is nice but the inside lining is a little cheap. The embroidery work is really nice and the cross on the back is really thick carpet like material. My biggest issue is the draw string at the bottom, I washed the hoodie on delicate and even air dried it and I went to use the drawstring and it came right out of the hoodie
