Clothing was not true to size, price for the quality is absurd, shipping took a while but it wouldn’t have been an issue if I got an email about it having arrived. Overall just bad product

Bought an embroidered butterfly cherry blossom hoodie and the embroidery was acceptable quality but the lining of the hoodie is downright awful. for nearly $100 the lining was worse than hoodies I’ve bought for $15. feels scratchy and rough and the hoodie itself isn’t particularly warm.

The order process was a breeze, not only that the order shipped next day and arrived ahead of the original date. I had been eyeing this sweatshirt for a whole year, It was my gift to myself for my 3rd year sober, my hold up was that I’ve ordered embroidered clothing in the past and even at a similar price point the material was either low quality or the embroidery was ironed on. Opening this sweatshirt I was shocked that it hit all of my checklist it’s not super heavy fabric, but I’m not worried about it pilling either. the actual embroidery is so much more beautiful in person. I live in the US and fallowed the size chart recommendation, I’m glad I did because it fits EXACTLY how I wanted it to! I will be getting the matching pants and more. Absolutely amazing quality My son ordered a hoodie from them and I was very suspicious of the site but when his hoodie arrived I could not believe the quality of it. Heavy cotton, amazing design, that hoodie is so heavy. Very easy to maintain, does not shrink in the drier. From us they have an excellent recommendation.
