At first I was disappointed because my Phoenix sweatshirt didn’t arrive, however all three arrived and I couldn’t be more happy and love to wear them.

The communication between shippers and purchasers is clear. What would be even more helpful, more details (including pictures) with the follow up emails. The fact that orders are shipped based on the availability of the ordered items makes larger orders difficult to track. The quality and design of the clothing is excellent and stylish.

I really appreciate all that Harajuku has done! i was a goofy goober and forgot to fix my address before submitting my order, and i had an awful time trying to get it rerouted through usps, so Harajuku offered to replace the shirt for free (i just had to pay shipping, which i didn't mind at all!) and i am could not be more grateful!!

I thought these were going to be too small even though I ordered 2XL but they were on point. I just moved upstate where it's colder than the city so the big hood and face mask will come in handy.

Customer service is nice. One downside of this website is that you have to pay for your own shipping if you want to return or exchange the clothes you bought. Also the clothes take a while to get to your house. In my recent experience, my exchange arrived at a different location so I never got my clothes that I wanted to exchange but the customer service is very helpful in eventually sending me a new set of the clothes I was supposed to get. But they do take a while to respond or to ship it out to you.
