Happy Llama TechReviews of happyllamatech.com

This cat feeder has been worth every penny. I have been waiting for a long time for a truly refrigerating feeder as my little guy is on a raw diet and keeping his food cool is therefore critical. I've been using this feeder for roughly 7 months and it's held up excellently, given me no problems, has an easy to navigate app, and has performed exactly as described. I love this feeder for the flexibility and peace of mind it has given me. Thanks so much Happy Llama Tech team!!

I just received my refrigerated cat feeder today and I am so impressed with the product and your company! The feeder quality is way beyond my expectations and the set-up was such a breeze. Additionally, your costumer services has been professional and truly exceptional throughout the ordering process. Your feeder has provided me comfort and with a sense of freedom to enjoy a weekend away or a late night out without having to employ the services of a cat sitter or to rush home for a cat feeding.

This team went above and beyond expectations and want to thank them for their kindness and understanding. They were super quick to respond to a unit failure issue and a new unit out to my baby girl in almost no time at all. Wonderful customer service and in addition a very impressive concept and device! Highly recommend all the way around.

We've been using our feeder for about 6 months now and it has been wonderful. We are so happy with our purchase!

Super impressed with the performance of SoCool and the customer service I received. I was initially hesitant to purchase the feeder since it was more expensive than competitors on the market. I reached out to Happy Llama Tech to ask some questions about the feeder functionality and warranty before purchasing. They candidly answered all my questions. I also experienced some issues while ordering, and they resolved the problem quickly. When the feeder arrived, I took temperature readings with a temperature sensor sitting in the feeder bowl and with an instant thermometer reading of food left in the feeder. Both temperature measurements consistently read below 40F even when the room temperature was about 80F. I got the SoCool with the stainless steel inserts so it's very easy to clean. I also appreciate some other design choices the team has made that makes using this feeder easy. The lid twist and latches in place so my food-motivated cat can't open it and it makes the lid easily removable for cleaning. I also appreciate the hexagonal center design because it's easy to line up and place the bowl back. SoCool is operated by a third party app with basic functionality. That can be a pro and a con depending on what you need to program. The feeder has a sharp beep when it rotates which is the minor gripe I have about the product. I recommend this product if you have the budget for it. The user experience is smooth and the cooling functionality is better than a competitor's I have tried.

The feeder works perfectly - keeps the food cold and rotates fresh meals as scheduled. After the first couple meals, Molly now runs to eat when she hears it beep. It will make 2-3 day trips away easy - no need to hire someone to come in twice/day to feed our girl, who eats only wet food.

I love this product and this company. This has made feeding my puppy soooo much easier. I smile anytime I am refilling my feeder!

Getting to collaborate with the team at Happy Llama Tech has been an absolute pleasure. Their dedication to solving real problems for pet parents is inspiring, and it's clear that every decision behind the SoCool feeder was made with genuine care and thoughtfulness. What stood out to me most was how grounded their innovation is—born from personal experience and driven by a sincere desire to improve pet well-being. The attention to detail, from the precise refrigeration tech to the seamless app integration, reflects a team that's not just smart, but also deeply empathetic. It’s rare to work with people who bring equal parts passion, practicality, and heart to the table. Can’t wait to see where they go next.
