Flawless performance so far
Flawless performance so far - the SoCool is very intuitive and simple to use, and the one question I had about programming for different time zones was quickly answered by their customer service. A cat sitter was able to come once a day and set up 4x daily wet meals for our kidney cat while we were abroad. The app notifications for each successful feed (which you can toggle off) were actually very reassuring. I'm glad I made the investment to make sure my baby stays hydrated!

This is a premium product that is well worth the price. As someone who has used meal delivery services in the past, I am familiar with what can happen when food temps do not stay low enough. I am happy to report that the happy llama tech feeder keeps the wet food portions safe and cold. It is fantastic that you can feed 6 meals. My cat gets a small meal every four hours and no longer wakes me at night / early morning demanding feedings. The app is easy to use, the tray inserts are easy to clean, and the company is very responsive. I put this one right up there with the litter robot as one of the best purchases I've made for my cat.

Love this feeder!
Love this feeder! It's saved us so much time (vs. the tedious ice pack feeders) and my cat loves having her meals at an exact consistent time every day.

Shipped on time
Shipped on time, everything worked out of the box. Now my cat can live on a 100% wet food diet, and I don't have to be up at the break of dawn to feed her.

Hi Cody, this is awesome to hear and exactly why we developed SoCool. We want to do the best for our pets but also reality is sometimes humans have to do things away from home or actually may want to sleep a little more after working our tails off! SoCool is just as much for them as it is for ourselves.

Came so quick !!! As described !
I honestly haven’t put it to the test , I travel for work . Looks & works great so far while I’m home ! Was sent SO QUICK & that was awesome !!!!

Fresh wet food
Such a great investment. No hiccups, keeps wet food fresh, and allows me to set up smaller wet meals for my kitties. I just bought my second one for my two cats. Love it!
