Minoxidil can be effective in promoting new hair growth, but it’s important to note that it doesn't address the root cause of hair loss, which in many cases is driven by DHT. Without also using a DHT blocker like Finasteride, Dutasteride, or Spironolactone, continued hair loss may occur, even if Minoxidil is stimulating new growth. Many individuals find significantly better results when combining Minoxidil with a DHT blocker, as this approach both promotes regrowth and helps prevent further shedding. If you're open to revisiting treatment options, a combination therapy might be worth considering for more comprehensive results. After reviewing your account, we found that there were multiple subscriptions associated with different email addresses. While one of the subscriptions was successfully canceled on June 22, the other remained active and subsequently shipped as scheduled on July 5. Due to multiple subscriptions being under different emails, it may have contributed to the confusion and overall issue.  We completely understand how frustrating this must feel, especially after receiving confirmation from our team. Please know that a refund for the recent shipment is already being processed, and you’ll receive a confirmation once it's completed.
