NO LUCK SO FAR AFTER 5 MONTHS
NO LUCK SO FAR AFTER 5 MONTHS I have been using the product for almost five months and I have not seen any growth at all. No peach fuzz, no stubble, no hair improvement at all. But I will go the full six months and see if anything starts sprouting. If not, well maybe it is time to go BALD. How sad.

Hi Richard- Thank you for your feedback! Our customized, topical solution should not only grow peach fuzz. We also include finasteride, or spironolactone, or dutasteride. Greasy
Product is simple to use. However it makes my hair very greasy and I am probably going to stop using it.

Hi, William! Thanks for your feedback -- Our product has an aloe vera base that adds a bit of grease and texture. That being said, we now offer a version without aloe! Send an email to customer service at [email protected] and let them know you'd like to remove it from your order!

Horrible order fulfillment.
I like the product. Customer service was good, but there was a problem with order fulfillment for every order. I eventually canceled my subscription.

Not up front about errors and quality control
I received the wrong formulation despite being adamant that I didn’t want an ingredient in what I received and even said I didn’t want it twice in my initial consultation and put it in all caps. While the company acknowledged the error and sent me a new bottle of the correct formulation at no additional charge, I specifically asked how the error occurred and how I could be sure that I could trust not only that it wouldn’t happen again, but that I could trust that what the bottle says is in it is accurate, but they ignored those questions and didn’t even acknowledge I asked them. This is concerning to me. Any company that is dispensing prescription medication should be able to easily explain an error and quality control procedures to ensure that your prescription is filled accurately, so that you can trust you’re actually getting what it says on the label. The fact that this company ignored my request for that information is worrisome.

Hi, Jim! Thanks for reaching out. On average, results tend to show around the 6-month mark due natural hair cycles. That being said, everyone's hair and scalp reacts differently to the medicine, and some people may take longer. It's important to keep applying Happy Head consistently twice a day. Also, please remember to take progress photos. We encourage you to send in your growth photos (same angle, every month) for the doctor to review and perhaps provide other suggestions.
