Most customers begin to notice improvements after 4-6 months of continuous use, as hair growth naturally takes time. It’s also important to note that temporary shedding can occur when starting treatment, usually within the first 4-6 weeks. While this can be concerning, it is actually a positive indicator that the medication is working and the older, weaker hairs are shedding as the hair follicles restart the growth cycle to make room for stronger regrowth. This is likely why additional shedding was noticed. Regarding communication, we sincerely apologize if you experienced delays. We strive to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours, and any lapse in this is not reflective of our standards. This is not the experience we want for our customers. To provide some clarity, we do require at least three days’ notice before canceling an upcoming order. Once an order begins processing, we’re unable to cancel it because each medication is formulated fresh, specifically for you and your needs. I’ve also received your request to cancel your most recent order. Unfortunately, since the pharmacy had already received the order and started preparing your medication, it was too late to cancel. Once your prescription is approved by your dermatologist, the pharmacy immediately begins compounding your medication. Because each formula is made fresh and personalized, the compounding process cannot be stopped once it begins. That said, you are still more than welcome to return the product for a full refund, in accordance with our return policy. We want to ensure that you're fully supported and satisfied with your experience.
