My prescribed medication was always shipped on time. The assessment and ordering process was very easy and comfortable being done online from home. Happy Head customer service was very nice, and fast to respond. Both times when contacted customer service reps were able to resolve the issue I had. Thank you so much. I plan to continue purchasing medication from Happy Head hereafter.

What I really loved about the support was the empathy and understanding the company has for your needs. Happy Head is an awesome product! I had my reservations at first but once I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised. It's incredibly powerful ingredients work fast and do their job well. My hair is growing fast, and in the places where I could see my scalp before it's covered with brand new hair. I highly recommend it to anyone with issues like balding. Loving and embracing my curls

Smooth transition
I thought it would be hard to cancel subscription. Since as expected they put me to wait. But i was waiting not more than 30 seconds when someone picked up. Kaela was great and took care of everything I needed. The product is great, i got results in 5 days of use, but I got side effects. Which is personally just me. So i decided to cancel for the moment. And I was able to cancel it while working at the same time so that says a lot of their customer service. Pretty flawless and appreciated!

The products are effective
The products are effective. The customer service is very fast. I don’t have to deal with office visits. The virtual system is wonderful. If I need to delay treatment or order treatment or medication sooner, the customer service representatives are wonderful via text messaging and phone calls.
