I have been using Happy Head for years…
I have been using Happy Head for years and have always been pleased with the customer service. I recently started using the Pro Blend and initially experienced some scalp irritation. Steven Z told me to stop until the irritation subsided and then use once per day for a week. I did as directed and everything is fine now. Today I placed an order with Brandon who was friendly yet professional and completed my order without difficulty. A positive experience!

Happy Head rocks!!!!
Jim the customer service guy I spoke to today was super helpful in recommending a product for hair growth. I have been using their product for over 2 years and have been happy with the results. I wanted something that I could use once a day and give me even more volume and growth. Can’t wait to receive the new hair growth cream.

Real people helping and wanting to help you
My associate was able to find previous conversations and verify that what I needed assistance with before was in fact, not done properly by the AI system and he was incredible helping me find a solution and gave me future suggestions that I was not aware happy head had as an option. I’m very happy with his service and all of his recommendations and assistance.
