Not satisfied with experience
They advertise 2.5mg/day of minoxidil, and then when I receive the prescription, I receive 1.25mg/day. To me, the 1.25mg/day needs to be clearer from the start. I was told I needed to read the finer print on the more details page. Please don't post 2.5mg on the ad if the prescription will be for 1.25mg. Also, please update your cancellation and refund processes to be more efficient and customer-centric, given that the product price is not fully transparent.

Hi Luke, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to explain your concerns, and we’re sorry for the frustration this experience caused. We understand how seeing 2.5mg/day advertised and then receiving a prescription written for 1.25mg/day could feel unclear or misleading. To clarify, oral Minoxidil dosing is individualized based on a patient’s medical profile and the prescribing clinician’s judgment. In many cases, treatment begins at 1.25mg/day to assess tolerance and safety before adjusting if appropriate. That said, we absolutely agree that dosing information should be presented as clearly as possible from the outset so expectations are aligned. Your feedback about making this more transparent in our advertising and product details is valid, and we will share it directly with our team. We’re also sorry to hear that the cancellation and refund process felt inefficient. We aim to make those processes straightforward and customer-centric, and it’s clear we fell short in your experience. Transparency around pricing and prescriptions is extremely important to us, and we appreciate you calling attention to areas where we can improve. Thank you again for your honest feedback, it helps us improve.
