Hi CD! Happy Head is a subscription service, and that information is included on our website and email receipts, as well as confirmation on the order when any customer signs up. We will not charge customers who request to be taken off of subscription, as it is optional. We are providing prescription medication which means a form of identification is required by law to write the prescription, and your information is never shared, as we are a HIPAA-compliant company. If a customer is not comfortable sending in ID, we will cancel their order and account for them upon request. Hi Tom! Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. Our product contains aloe vera in the base to help soothe the scalp, which makes it feel greasy as a result. The aloe adds a bit of texture, but it helps lessen any dryness or irritation the Minoxidil and/or Retinoic Acid may cause. Our doctors recommend applying the product to damp hair and rinsing it out after 2 hours. Doing so won’t decrease the medication’s efficacy. You also have the option to remove the aloe vera from your formula if you’d prefer.
