We apologize that you have had issues with your order being delivered properly and the lack of results over the year. We can always connect you with your Happy Head dermatologist about changing your prescription to something stronger, as everyone's hair loss is different or sometimes our bodies will get too used to an ingredient and cause a plateau in progress as well. We do understand that it may seem confusing that the Topical is included in the offer, but in fact, it just comes with $50 off whenever you do start your Topical prescription for hair loss. Hi Kasper! Our doctors have found that using a liquid is more effective rather than a foam/spray, as those can often get stuck in the hair and not reach the hair follicles themselves. As for the way in which the topical leaves your hair, you are welcome to wash it out after two hours as that will give it enough time to soak into the follicles. Otherwise, you are also welcome to use the topical once per day as well! We are happy to connect you to your Happy Head dermatologist to discuss alternative options as well. Hi there! We're so sorry to hear about that lost order. I see in our logs that you initially reached out to us on July 3rd; our offices were closed for the holiday so we weren't able to respond & address the issue until July 5th. In the case of lost packages we are required to verify the address on file is correct with the patient, this is why we weren't able to ship a new one out immediately and instead waited until we had that confirmation from you. We since shipped out a replacement order at no charge, and I can see according to the tracking number that order was delivered to you successfully, as well as it seems the lost order was also marked delivered finally as well. If you didn't receive those two please let us know and we can investigate further!
