I called regarding the serum from my order.
I called regarding my order as I was unaware that the serum was being shipped separately. I spoke to Harrish and he was a pleasure to work with. He researched my issue and informed me that my additional order is currently in route and I should receive it shortly. He provided me with the tracking number and explained to me that it was coming from a different location, hence the 2nd tracking number. He was very professional and friendly. Very pleasant experience. Thank you Harrish!

Happy with happyhead

I had a great experience with Margaret…
I had a great experience with Margaret from customer service when I switched my subscription to topical Super Solution ProBlend with Keto. I've been using the topical Liquid ProBlend for a week, but it leaves my scalp a little pinkish (no biggie). Anyway, Margaret was super helpful and professional in answering all my questions.
