AVOID at all costs
First of all this product doesn't work any better than your average over the shelf minoxidil product. Second, it is advertised at $40 and takes about 10 days to get "approved" by the doctor since it contains minoxidil and topical finasteride. After that, I got my product 2 weeks later and on week 3 I received an email of a monthly subscription for $79!!! I tried to contact them and their customer service is ridiculously unhelpful. I asked them about the link to review the product I have delivered but they didn't share it. This means all the reviews on their website are manufactured by them!!! Absurd They said they can't cancel my order because it's already started processing the same day it was charged.... Simply talks a lot about this company

Sorry to hear about your experience! Our services are advertised as subscription products, and we do our best to make it clear by indicating this on the checkout page, follow up receipts, and on your account page on the site. Per our terms we are able to cancel the subscription at any time to stop future orders however we cannot guarantee that we can reverse orders before the pharmacy ships them out. We try to keep the turnaround time as fast as possible since each bottle is a 30 day supply and patients are charged monthly. In those cases where the order is no longer reversible we would only be able to accept a return. We are also able to talk more about it if you'd like to contact our support team!
