Fake reviews, never received product, poor customer service
I did quite a bit of research before signing on for a membership. I was impressed with the formula of the product and decided to place an order. The many 1 star reviews were concerning as were 5 star reviews on their social media pages that clearly were coming from fake reviewers. After 2 weeks, and being charged, I never received a call from a physician to put the order and shipment in motion. I sent multiple emails and left voicemails, none of which were returned. Ultimately, I received a response when I threatened to file a credit card dispute for a refund. A real shame as I was looking forward to being a customer and using the product. The company seriously needs to improve customer service, and stop with the clearly fake reviews to offset the real 1 star ones, or will lose customers like me.

Charged my credit card immediately
Update: still no credit to my card. Kyle was extremely condescending with his excuses and how that what I claimed was not correct. I luckily had all the emails and screenshots of said promise of discount from their website. Every time he made one absurd claim and accusation after another, I sent him the evidence of my statements and chain of events. There was no ‘I FORGOT TO USE MY COUPON’’ IT WAS NEVER APPLIED BY YOUR COMPANY. KEEP IT UP LYLE, I HAVE THE EMAIL RECEIPTS TO PROVE YOU ARE NOT BEING TRUTHFUL, again one excuse after another. Charged my credit card immediately, no promo discount given despite repeated emails to”Kyle”.Months to get the product always one more thing needed, weeks to acknowledge it was received.

Giving your credit card info AND a copy…
Giving your credit card info AND a copy of a drivers license seems too risky online. I did some searching online snd found places that sell the same mixture fir half the cost without all of the BS.

Your credit card information and drivers license are needed for verification purposes with the Doctor and to place the prescription. Our formulation is at a higher price point as we customize each bottle for every customer's specific needs. The company claims that they are in an…
The company claims that they are in an aloe base and a higher percentage of the medicines is better for you but doesnt cite any research. I tried for one month and despite the hydrocortizone and aloe base, my head had so much flakiness. Cancelled my subscription and going to stick to foam.

Not a good start!
My second shipment came in right down the wire. I literally had no treatments left in the first shipment. They claim to send shipments to ensure continuity. They failed to do that. I called 3 days in a row until I got someone on the phone. Would take two days to respond to emails. After all of that.... The product arrived broken! I have called, text and emailed asking for an overnight replacement. We'll see how long that takes or even if they come through.

Hi there! We have it set up to have renewals match almost exactly with patients' usage. We ship bottles out monthly & each one has 30 days' supply so it should line up almost perfectly, which it sounds like it did (aside from unfortunately the bottle breaking in transit). Broken bottles we are always happy to replace w/ a rush delivery!

This is a scam
This company seems extremely sketchy. They promise a 50% off promo which doesn’t work, immediately charge your credit card for the full price before you’re even “approved” by a doctor and the company can’t be reached through emails, texts or phone calls. This has all the hallmarks of a scam.
