Worst customer service ever by any…
Worst customer service ever by any company I have ever dealt with. It's absurd. You literally can't get in touch with anyone via any avenue of communication. My refill hasn't came after I was charged. I cant get a hold of anyone. I have tried to get in contact with someone multiple times over the course of the year. They are stealing from me at this point. Run away fast.

Unable to cancel subscription
The product formula left my hair feeling stiff and impossible to manage. I had requested my subscription to be canceled 3 days ago but I have yet to receive a response that my order was canceled. It was very difficult to get any customer representatives on the phone. Someone finally answered my call and said my subscription was canceled and that I would receive a confirmation email in a few minutes. I'm still waiting for that email hours later. There is no response to my follow up text either. This is your warning to stay away from this company!

worst customer service I have ever…
worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. My order process was fine and I got the product. It smells so bad that I cannot even be in the same room as the bottle. I messaged via their website, no response. I emailed, no response. I have been calling for a week, no one ever answers the phone. I held for 15 minutes at one point. At first I just wanted to see if the product should smell that badly, and that it has not gone bad. After a week of no responses, I now just want to cancel and not do business with the horrible company. But the only way to cancel is by phone or email, which I can get no response to, and after multiple requests, my account is still not cancelled. I feel like I have been scammed and would never, ever recommend this product or company to anyone.

We add peppermint oil to our Spironolactone formula in order to cover up the strong smell of the medicine, which many describe as skunk-like. At this moment, we’re unable to remove the peppermint from the formula because it’s part of its base, but you can always request to remove the Spironolactone (and peppermint) entirely if you’d prefer. Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting on my order while it says “awaiting Dr. Review” for 4days now. Absolutely frustrating… I’ve texted the help number twice and emailed without any acknowledgment. Please, if you’re actually reading this help me with my order!! #188645

If I could leave a negative number I would. Placed an order a very long time ago (Dec 21)that never came. I’ve emailed several times, use their chat, they even said I can text so I did that, but not one response. They are literally the worst.

Looks like most of your correspondence started on Monday Jan 2nd; please keep in mind our office is closed on Federal holidays like that one which is why we were unable to answer the phones at that time! Otherwise we have been getting back to any pending messages over the holiday season within 1-2 business days.
