My hair started to break off significantly after using Happy Head
Update:I asked you to stop contacting me because I was Not assigned anyone that could or would help. Your response below is the first time I was told that I had an assigned dermatologist. I was only getting stock emails. Update: Their response is not true - Before I wrote this review and canceled the prescription I emailed them and aske to consult with someone since they market that this is available and still as of today NO ONE has reached back out to me to discuss any of these options they speak of. I have only received stock emails stating that some one will be getting with me but NO ONE has reached to me as of today. Do not believe them and beware before using their product. I lost soooo much hair after using this. This substance dries you hair so when you comb it the hair breaks. It is also stick so when it dries on hair the hairs are stuck together like glue. Which breaks it off. The from frame of my face has broken off so much. I emailed because they advertise that your scription can be modified but no response yet. I do not recommend this product.

For concerns regarding side effects of the formulation we always recommend to consult with your assigned dermatologist to discuss further options or changes that can be made. We are able to help facilitate getting in contact with the doctor but customer service is not qualified to advise you directly. Unfortunately rather than speak with the dermatologist or have us help you get in contact, you told us to stop contacting you.
