To clarify, “Henry” is our AI chatbot designed to assist with quick questions and to help route requests efficiently. All cancellation requests submitted through Henry are escalated to a live agent for review and processing to ensure everything is handled accurately. That said, you should never feel like you have to repeatedly request a cancellation or argue to have it completed. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration you experienced. We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that your subscription has now been fully canceled. We’re especially concerned to hear that you were charged and received a shipment after attempting to cancel multiple times. Regarding shipping, we do our best to ensure orders are processed and sent out promptly via USPS. Once a package is with the carrier, delays or routing issues can unfortunately occur outside of our control. They might not always respond in the quickest manner, but that's also because they are licensed dermatologists in their own practices as well. This is designed to help ensure there are no interruptions in treatment, since consistency is key for hair growth. Most patients need 3 to 6 months of consistent daily use to begin seeing meaningful results, and a single bottle or even a single cycle is typically not enough to experience the full benefits. That said, you’re always in full control of your account. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and the delivery frequency can also be adjusted whenever needed to better fit your preferences. Additionally, we do not offer any products or services at the $17.65 price point you mentioned, which suggests these charges may not be coming from our system.
