Thank you so much for sharing your detailed feedback, Ryan. We’re delighted to hear that your interactions with our agents have consistently been positive and that both Lenita and Luigie provided excellent support. It’s wonderful to know that Luigie took the time to listen, review past notes, and confirm the resolution with clear communication and follow-up. We truly appreciate your recognition of their listening skills, critical thinking, and initiative—qualities we strive to uphold in every customer interaction. Your kind words will be shared with both Lenita and Luigie, as feedback like yours reinforces the value of their dedication. We’re grateful for your patience and trust, and we’re glad everything is now squared away. Thank you again for recommending Happy Head and for acknowledging the efforts of our team.
