In terms of results, we always encourage patients to give the medicine 3-6 months to take effect. It's important to note that using the products for 1 month will NOT yield any meaningful results! Hi Kshaun, Since Happy Head is a subscription-based service to make reordering and consistent use easier, we confirm this with all customers during the sign-up process. It's also included on our website and email receipts. In addition, you have all flexibility when it comes to your subscription settings. You can cancel at any time, and you have the option to turn off auto-renewal if you don't prefer a subscription. And to clarify, the requirement of ID is a legal requirement as we cannot prescribe medication to unidentified persons. We are a HIPAA-compliant company and your information is never shared. We cannot access your information unless it is provided by you. If you need to cancel, please reach out to our customer service team and they will be happy to assist you. We will not charge any customer who has requested cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Saeid, Since Happy Head is a subscription-based service and provides prescription-grade medication, which we confirm during the sign-up process, and does require consistent use in order for results to show. Since the medication is a stronger solution it does require one of Happy Head's dermatologists to approve using your Driver's License, or any ID that has your DOB, full name, and photo in order to confirm identity. To clarify, a subscription is not required to order, and a trial period is definitely an option. But Happy Head is a subscription service to make consistent use easier, but it is not mandatory, with orders renewing every 25 days. We will happily refund the most recent order once it is returned back to us that's no problem. We thank you for your understanding and hope to hear from you soon.

Because Happy Head provides prescription medication, it’s a legal requirement that you submit pictures of your hair and photo ID to complete the Happy Head ordering process and for the doctor to write the prescription. You are always welcome to cover up all other personal information if it makes you more comfortable. Since no photos were uploaded, we have gone ahead and refunded your account for the full payment with the funds being released by this time. We thank you again for considering Happy Head.

If after 6 months you are not seeing the results you are hoping for, you are welcome to contact the support team to get a refund on your latest order. In addition to that, pending approval by the dermatologist we can also send a complimentary order of a different treatment that you may be more responsive to- you can reach out to the support team or your doctor directly to discuss.
