10/10 for the product and the customer…
10/10 for the product and the customer support! I lost a lot of hair due to covid, and this was the only thing that actually helped! I used it for 6 months and the growth has been Incredible! And the customer service team is great, a bottle shipped broken and they replaced it immediately. Would absolutely recommend!

This is about Happy Head’s product ! I ordered the Finasteride / minoxidil formula! I am not exaggerating when I tell you that after ONE USE my hair loss for the most part subsided. I sometimes still have days where a lot comes out but all in all I immediately noticed a HUGE difference and I’ve only been on the product for one month. The product is amazing. I’m female , in my 30’s and have PCOS related female pattern hair loss . This product saved me! I tried everything before including supplements, PCOS medication ( Spironolactone), Rogaine , that expensive laser cap Capilus that does not work! None of that helped at all! With one use this product worked for me! I recommend this for ANYONE who is still losing hair. I’m not sure about customers who have already lost all their hair though . But for those struggling with follicles that are dying by the day it seems , give this a shot!!! I put my stamp on it of approval!

Best Customer Service So Far
I ordered over two weeks ago and was sent the wrong bottle. FYI the prescription with spironolactone topical does not smell so great. Im well past my child bearing years and requested finasteride. Reached out to customer service via Instagram and was contacted immediately... even received a few phone calls. So far so good with communication and delivery of the correct prescription. I am extremely excited to see results. Let's hope my hair growth journey will be as quick as my delivery. Disclaimer... Not paid for my review...I am a 49yr. Old black female diagnosed with androgenetic alopecia and looking to grow back my hair!! I will post before and after pics with my face!

Haven’t received my order yet but I was very impressed with Alex’s support in answering my questions and helping to find the right regimen to start with. I experienced some unpleasant side effects from one of the mass market companies that doesn’t allow me to adjust dosing. Alex took the time to explain everything, ease my mind and get me started. Looking forward to trying Happy Head. If the experience getting started is half as good as I had in signing up, they’ll have a loyal customer.

Not understanding all of these bad…
Not understanding all of these bad reviews. It’s a simple monthly delivery of a product that is customized to your needs versus the Hims and others that are one size fits all. Plus this is a small family owned business that we always prefer to spend our money with. I’ve been using it for two months and so far so great. I will report back in 7 months.
