Hi Mo! We thank you for your feedback in this matter, as we are constantly working to provide the best possible support to all our customers, and to make sure their journey with us is effortless! Since consistency is key with any hair growth medication, we are a subscription-based service to ensure that you remain vigilant and consistent in your usage as most patients start seeing results within 4-6 months but not without using it regularly.  Happy Head is the only company that customizes your topical solution based on your specific needs. We are not "one-size-fits-all" and our topical formulation is made fresh every month. We also provide one of the strongest dosages of the medications on the market to increase efficacy. Our prescription medicine is stronger than what our competitors offer (e.g. 8% Minoxidil vs. 5%). We do offer a range of options when it comes to adjusting your subscription so that you can receive orders in a timely manner that also works for you and your usage of the medication, but we do require at least three days' notice so that we can make the necessary changes to your account and with the pharmacy. Hi Michael, We are sorry to hear that you no longer wish to continue with Happy Head after more research regarding the potential side effects of some of the ingredients.  Since every person is different and will react differently to each medicine, that's why we not only emphasize customizing the formulation for every individual but also ask for medical information so that our dermatologists can prescribe the correct medication for you and your hair loss needs.  In regards to your concerns, because our solution is topical, the chances of impacting your libido are significantly lower vs. oral medicine, but these side effects are common even when using generic Finasteride or Minoxidil. That said, if you do happen to experience any side effects (e.g., lower libido), our doctors will work with you to titrate up or down some ingredients and/or swap out certain medicines to help you find a formula that works best for you. We now even offer a Topical SuperSolution (Fin/Min) which is a Liposomal base that helps prevent side effects even more than our liquid topical, as it slowly releases the ingredients into your scalp therefore reducing the chances of adverse effects drastically! Hi Joshua! We are sorry to hear that you haven't seen the results you had wished, for despite being consistent and patient waiting for results. Since everyone's hair loss is different, sometimes Finasteride isn't able to combat the hair loss, and something stronger may be required. Have you considered trying Dutasteride, as it is a stronger version of Finasteride and recommended if Finasteride isn't producing the results you’d hoped for. Dutasteride blocks two enzymes that create DHT and has been found to help more when Finasteride cannot. Please note that Happy Head requires consistent use (2x per day, morning and night) and may take more than 6 months to see results. We are sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience with us and we just want to clarify that at this time, we are only able to service the US and not able to send prescriptions to doctors/pharmacies outside the US. Approval of ingredients may vary by country, so it is necessary for a doctor from that specific country to sign off and approve the prescription since our doctors are only licensed in the US, and specific states. While we are able to send prescriptions to other pharmacies in the US, the medication itself may be different since most of the combinations of ingredients are proprietary to Happy Head specifically. Hi Patricia! We are sorry to hear that you didn't get the results you'd hoped for using Happy Head and that you had a less-than-great experience with us. Since hair loss medication like ours does take consistency and patience, most will start to notice results within 4-6 months. However, since everyone's hair loss is different and may require different medications, we do offer stronger ingredients, like Dutasteride, to help further promote growth when there are little or no results! Lastly, we will provide a full refund on the most recent bottle as long as it's returned to our offices, however, sometimes returns can get lost in transit.
