Best customer service I have ever had with a company. I just started Happy Head. I subscribed to serum shampoo and conditioner. I don’t wash my hair often so didn’t need the shampoo and conditioner in 25 days. I didn’t get it cancelled in time. Customer Service let me return the product - unopened- to get a refund. No questions. Wow! I’m using the serum so hopefully I will get my hair back!! Stay tuned!!

I was using a mix of different products before switching to Happy Head. First I was using oral finasteride through a RX from my doctor and minoxidil via Rogaine. It seemed to work but it was a hassle to deal with every day. I also wasn't sure if I was experiencing side effects. I then moved to a spray topical via one of Happy Head's competitors. It worked better but I didn't like the feel of the spray on my scalp and the texture it had on my hair. I am now on Happy Head's topical lotion, which is a mix of minoxidil and finasteride. The product applies very nicely and leaves no effect on my skin or hair, so i can continue to style it as I want. The customer service is also very responsive. As someone who has tried their competitors before, I recommend giving Happy head a try!

My hair had begun to thin and recede for the last few years, leading to low-key depressive thoughts and so when I received a promotion discount to Happy Head, I figured, why the hell not. I did the whole taking photos and giving a copy of my drivers license (which yes, admittedly, feels anxiety-provoking), but I felt reassured that I could always cancel after the first month. Let me tell you, folks, after using the topical drops and a dermaroller (which I bought from Amazon) for a couple months, I saw these little hairs sprout out more and more! Several months later have passed, and I have been able to style my hair in a way that I hadn't been able to for over a decade, as my hair has thickened in the front and where it was receding. My self-esteem and self-confidence have increased, and friends and family compliment me quite frequently ("Is that a new hairstyle?", "I like how your hair is getting longer!"). Shoot, my co-worker said that she even noticed that my "baby hairs" have grown out and that I could look like a Latina teenager (I'm an Asian adult male lol). I also have had NO PROBLEMS whatsoever with customer service. In fact, when I sent an email with pics of how the liquid arrived in a different color (white instead of yellowish/amber), they reassured me that it was just cosmetic and there would be no diminishing of formula efficacy, YET STILL Happy Head sent me a replacement bottle anyway. The staff were very courteous, respectful, and expedient. I receive my bottles consistently on time each month. I highly recommend you try Happy Head out for yourself and determine if you are being "scammed" or not (I'm appalled at the number of extremely negative and petty reviewers here. I get that's your experience, but some of y'all need to chill the F out -- come on, now...). I'm so satisfied with my finasteride drops that I'm now planning to explore adding the pill to my regiment to fully maximize potential hair regrowth. I can genuinely say that my quality of life has significantly improved as a result of Happy Head.

I’ve been using happy head for more than a year and it WORKS. They are super helpful and let you customize your formula, so if you don’t like something say something. The customer service is also 100%, they responded quickly and were super kind and helpful.
