I made a few product switches along the way which were complicated and Kameron & other reps helped me get the deliveries set up and arrange the doc consult. The doc consult with communication back to the HH staff is convenient. I have see HH adjusting their website and layout to improve the customer experience. The product has without a doubt made my hair thicker. Thank you and keep improving!

I could not be more pleased with my experience. I have been losing hair very quickly for years and came really close to shaving my head. I had been waiting to get my first shipment, and when I opened the box, I dropped the bottle on the ground and it shattered immediately. I was so bummed! I had been so excited to finally try it. When I asked if I could get my next month's shipment early, they arrange for me to get it in 1-2 days at no extra cost and they also gave me a 25% discount. I was so amazed! Had difficulty with making my hair greasy. Texted with customer service and realized I needed to apply it with the dropper, under my hair. Worked so much better then. Don’t know if it works yet but I’m giving it a shot!!
