Just started using happy head so I…
Just started using happy head so I can’t report on the results but I am really happy with customer service. I changed the formula to a water base because I found the product to be too oily. They responded within a couple of hours and are sending me a complimentary bottle! Service like that is almost unheard of these days! If the product works as well as the service, I’ll be a customer for life.

Happy Head has worked great for me
Happy Head has worked great for me. I was about to give up on hair growth. I have seen excellent results. I have been using Happy Head for 10 months. I am 61 years old and have tried several products and most made my scalp dry and itchy but I have had none of that with Happy Head. I do wish it would be a little less expensive.

Had an issue with the account
Had an issue with the account, but Customer Service was very supportive and empathetic of the situation so they remedied everything and it should be smooth sailing from here on. I wish all vendors held themselves to such high standards.

I was very skeptical
I was very skeptical, but after about 3 months my barber said “Wow!! Your hair is filling in”. At 6 months my crown area is completely full of healthy hair and I couldn’t be happier. It absolutely worked for me.

Great Product, Price, and Customer Service
I’m probably one of the few who have dealt with HH’s customer service more than once. However, I had a good experience each time. It was a shame to see less-than-perfect ratings, but it makes sense that the typical negative review bias hits even harder when patients – especially ones who are successfully treated – want to keep quiet about using a product like this. Objectively, though, the product is an excellent blend, competitively priced, and supported by attentive and responsive staff. They deserve more positive reviews from other happy customers. One feature suggestion I will make again is to send out a reminder email a week before ordering and shipping out the next bottle. I use HH as prophylaxis so sometimes don’t even get halfway through a bottle before the next one if I forget to manually postpone it.
