He guided me to the solutions appropriate for me. Regarding their products, I am a big fan of their variety of hair regrowth products, especially that they have a number of medicinal combinations that help customize your treatment plan. I highly recommend.

My experience was with Ms. Marisol Ben. Marisol was very helpful in assisting me with pictures being sent into Happy Head. She was very professional, and attentive to my needs. My experience so far has been excellent.

I ordered a bottle of min/fin forgetting I have cats (Minoxidil is extremely toxic to them). I only had the bottle a few days when the housekeeper spilled it, and I realized the fear of harming my cats made me way to anxious. So I reached out and Alexander got me hooked up with a new script for fin-only for immediate shipment. (I’m also on oral min which I was hoping to quit but I’d rather take it than kill my kitties.) Happy Head customer service is A+++ Pro-tip: if you have cats and spill, water and soap is not enough. Use a liquid bleach cleanser, which will interact with the formula and turn yellow. Alternate cleanser with water until the rag no longer turns yellow - then the surface is clean. Very glad I thought to double check.

Skeptical at first but thought I’d give them a try. I’m not bald but getting thinner on top and wanted to stop it from getting worse. Getting on the program was easy and I have to say has worked very well. My hair is significantly thicker and I am not having the hair fall like before. Their customer service is excellent and you can talk to them by text pretty easily instead of having to send an email and wait for a response. I’m very satisfied

I have been using Happy Head products now for almost a year, and have been very satisfied with them to date. I am writing this note to comment on the excellent service I just received from them, and in particular, from Mildred. I stupidly dropped my most recent bottle of custom formula on the tile floor in my bathroom, and it of course broke. I wrote a message to them about the problem this past weekend, and they replied to me within hours, and let me know they would process my request for replacement immediately. Well, you can't get better service than that -- five stars.
