HappyHead: Good Product, Great Customer Service
The HappyHead formula is borderline magic- it checks nearly every box you can think of. Zero irritation and no odor to top it off! Product aside, I’ve had awesome experiences with customer service, especially through the instant chat on their website. No major issues or mistakes on their end, merely requests from me for assistance with an expedited order and then a one-time shipment to an alternate address, to name two. Harvey G. and Angelica D. were particularly helpful and fantastic communicators. Super personable and HappyHead should be grateful to have them on the team!

great customer service
In this day and age, it is very difficult to find a company that has amazing customer service. A company that tries to help each individual with the right solution. I started using happy head with a combination of minoxidil and finasteride. It was a topical solution. I wound up being allergic to finasteride having a terrible ocular migraine. Needless to say I had to stop using it. Happy head was very helpful in canceling my subscription, no a problem. About 3 months later, they came out with a combination of dutasteride and minoxidil topical. I immediately called and they hooked me up with the product. I am using it and it is working for me without, any issue. My hair is growing like crazy and I’m very satisfied. They have been so helpful and considerate. I never had to wait much time to get a person on the phone who really knows what they’re talking about. If they had stock, I would invest in it.

Best topical yet
I have used many topicals from competing vendors, this one is not only the most effective, but also causes the least scalp irritation. Very happy with the product.
