Hi Dan! Since consistency is key with hair loss treatments, we are a subscription-based service. That being said, you can always adjust your order dates online or contact us if you prefer to change your subscription frequency. We do indicate on the homepage, checkout page, email receipts, and account page of our website that Happy Head is a subscription service.  It’s really vital for new customers to try the treatment for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. Like all other hair medicine, Happy Head requires consistent use (2x per day, morning and night) and may take up to 6 months to see any type of results. Please note that one bottle won’t yield the desired results. Thank you again, and we wish you all the best on your hair growth journey!

Hi Anna!   We do apologize for the delay in your order and for the lack of communication from our team! It appeared that before we could send out the medication you requested, your Happy Head dermatologist had some follow-up questions and concerns before they signed off on the prescription itself. You can respond to their message using the MDI platform and link that was initially sent to your email, otherwise, our team is more than happy to get the issue resolved and send your response to your doctor in order to complete the order! We hope to hear from you soon!

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. Hair growth takes several months to achieve, which is why Happy Head is a subscription service. Please note there is no option at sign-up to decline a subscription. Once signed up, you can adjust your subscription's schedule at any time in your account settings or by contacting the support team. Or, you can cancel the subscription at any time as well. If you did adjust your subscription schedule or connected with an agent to adjust/cancel it, and were still charged in error, please reach out to our support team so we can correct it. Thanks!

Hi there! Sorry to hear about your experience. We do require prior notice to cancel/stop a subscription from renewing; once an order is placed, formulation begins by the pharmacy immediately to ensure it can be shipped same or next day. That being said, you have the option to manually adjust an upcoming order date as necessary anytime on your account page, or by contacting our support team as well. If you do forget to reschedule an upcoming order though, no worries- most of our products last for 5-6 months so you can use them on your own time, and we do accept returns as well. Our support team can provide expiration and/or return info for your specific order.

Our team can walk you through our pricing as well! We have a variety of products at different price points, and many of our products are also eligible for discounts when purchasing in bulk.
