Great Customer Service from Maria
I was curious about the customization options. Despite the fact that I decided to keep my subscription at the standard 0.3% finasteride concentration, Maria was very helpful in educating me about the lower concentrations that are offered. She was very patient with me, despite the fact I was initially frustrated. In my opinion this is a hallmark of excellent customer service. Now I'm informed enough so that if I want to make any changes to my formulation in the future, I'll be able to do so quickly. Thanks Maria!

The ordering process was easy
The ordering process was easy, the doctor consultation easy and valuable, and shipping and order tracking was self-explanatory. The chat support was helpful and responsive. I have not tried to cancel and I have not received my product yet. However, the customer support person Alexander was very helpful and stayed on top of my questions until there was a clear resolution.

Happy Head product and customer service well worth it
Happy Head customer service always come through. I have had two shipping problems where I did not receive the product. Each time they resolved the issue each time in my favor without question. The product is expensive but it is effective, even at 60 years with thinning around the top of my head and bald spot area which has reduced to very light thinning just at the bald spot area. The product is better than minoxidil alone and I did not want to take finesteride orally. While the hair at my forehead has thickened, it has not changed the light recession there - I did not have that expection and I will likely go to Instanbul to fix that.
