Horrible company. 2 months after I ordered my product (hair trimmer) it is STILL in the originating postal location from where it shipped. After researching and contacting the delivery service I noticed this repeating 2020-05-13 09:21 Shenyang, Shenyang International Processing Center has been exported directly sealed 沈阳市, 【沈阳国际处理中心】已出口直封 2020-05-13 09:21 Shenyang, Shenyang International Processing Center return, note: security return 沈阳市, 【沈阳国际处理中心】退回，备注：安检退回 APPARENTLY the item has been looping and failing security and they are not handling it. I contacted several times with no reply aside from "wait longer" .After a few weeks of fighting with it, I finally managed to get a refund through paypal. They blamed shipping delays on covid as well of all things, when this delay was an error on their end for how they shipped it! Do not trust this company at all

Has anyone else payed threw PayPal and getting a hard time to get a refund threw PayPall?

I'm giving this store a bad review as I ordered an item from them in march and it hasn't been delivered they dont care about good customer service and if I could I would give a 0

I would give them a zero rating if I could, just like another reviewer here. I never received my order despite their tracking saying I did. After the third email, they refuse to refund me or respond to my emails. Do not buy from this company. They are scamming people and have terrible customer service!

If i could give it 0 stars i would. They stole my money and refuse to give me a refund. They sent a worthless item in place of what i actually ordered, and i would have to pay over 70 dollars to return it so i can get my 25 dollar refund. Do not buy from them, they are theives.

I ordered a item off a link on Facebook. Company sent a completely wrong item and then tried to get me to pay for return shipping to get a refund. I was offered a discounted refund and get to keep the cheap fake item, and they couldnt even give me a partial refund. Biggest chinese scam company.
