Ordered an item 2.5 months ago. Contacted them 3 times. 1st time they said it’s on the way. 2nd time said their records showed it was at my post office, I checked not there. 3rd time said they had re mailed. BS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I wish I had did more research and found this page before I ordered. I ordered two tables and got two knockoff watches. It cost $20 just to ship back at my expense for sending out the wrong product. I will suggest everyone contact the State department and see if they can be stopped doing business in the United States.

I wish I could have google first this site review before I place my ordered. I saw an add in my facebook so I place an order from this website a "foldable picnic table" paid thru Paypal, after a month I received a parcel packet in my mailbox I open it and it was a kids plastic watch, I never order a watch I said, so i traced the tracking # and order # and indeed it matched to what I ordered for the Foldable picnic table. so I'm looking to contact this site but only and email customer service that provide no numbers to call. they replied with my email and said that I can send it back to them in China and they are not going to pay the shipping fee and after they receive then time for them to refund but also take time to refund by Paypal. I asked my legal Atty and advice to file a fraud and let the police Interpol in china deal with them. Below is there typical message response: Dear customer, We’re sorry for the delay. As we checked your troubles, we sincerely want to help you. Our return address is :1F, Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China We promise that you will get your full refund. Just offer us valid information of your returned package: 1.Tracking Number (By screenshot or picture) 2.A picture of your Returned Package (which showed return address) Once you meet the above conditions and we checked it, we will refund you immediately. CS What a waiste of time: This is typical Chinese businese style on e-commerce.

If I could give 0 star i would. Big scammers!!! send you junk and want to refund you 40% of what you paid after 3months waiting for the items!! if you want full refund, it can take even longer to get a full refund, oh and they don't cover shipping!! Don't ever order there!!!

Horrible company. Ordered 2 red hair trimmers back in the beginning of March. Didn't receive anything until July. What I finally received was two individual hair curlers for the over $40 I paid. Now they won't refund my money, even though in the beginning they said they would. Don't buy off this site it's a scam

I ordered a split hair trimmer that cost a little over £25 and 3 months later I received a usb one hair curler roll and a clip worth no more than £3 if that. I emailed them and they say I have to return the crap they sent me but pay for postal costs to get 40% of my money back! Poor customer service and a complete utter scam. Avoid at all costs! How do you claim money back through PayPal?

Complete scam. They send you a packet of junk from China, and once you receive the packet and open it to find there is junk inside, and you claim your money back via Paypal, then they ask you to send the packet back to them in China paying shipping from your own pocket. Avoid at all cost. Paypal refund is a lengthy process. Avoid this store at all cost.
