This is an awful company. Ordered something on 12/19 and it’s now been 3 weeks and never arrived - even though they charged me right away; and it shows “delivered” on their self-created tracking website.
1/23: Update: JUST received item but it’s literally been over a month which is pretty outrageous. They should at least have updated more accurately - I still feel uneasy about the customer service - the way they go about things is fishy. Actual product (baby lounger) is excellent which is unfortunate. I won’t be using them again unfortunately.

Awful experience with these people, scam company.
Awful experience with these people, the happygira website tracks your order however this information appears to be completely fraudulent, data entered by happygira to simulate product movement. I placed this order on 12/17/24. They promptly created a UPS shipping label and billed me for my order. As of 1/9/25 UPS still does not have my order. I don’t understand how this company has made to the top of a google search. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau and reporting them. Don’t trust the positive reviews they are fake and don’t buy from this company they are a complete scam.

They lied and misled us about delivery…
They lied and misled us about delivery time. Product comes from Singapore. Takes a month to arrive instead of the 7-10 days they told me at checkout. Their customer service is trying to make it out like this is an "unexpected" delay. They know where they have to ship from and are lying when they tell you how long it will take. Do not buy if you can't wait a month

Disappointed. DO NOT BUY
TLDR: Lower quality, useless instruction manual, OVERPRICED, slow delivery.
There’s a similar version on Amazon for a third of the price. Go buy that.
Purchased the XL adult access play pen with mat.
Red flags started popping up soon after ordering when informed it could take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Had to reach out to get shipping information a week after it cleared customs when originally told it would happen “as soon” as it did.
Once it did arrive, there was a label in tiny print stating unless you video opening the package to prove there were no damaged or missing pieces they would not supply replacements.
For the price I expected at least partially assembled. The manual is a joke. QR code to useless instructions and the paper “manual” itself was info about pregnancy and the first year of the baby, which felt really weird. The instruction and the parts were labeled differently, instruction were unclear, confusing and inaccurate. Ended up not using it and put it together with trial and error.
Lastly the quality. Sigh. I was so disappointed. The mat is so thin, I’ve had yoga mats with more cushion. There’s no padding around the metal frame, except on top. Parent access door requires you to undo a baby lock close to the floor. For the price I really expected high quality and intuitive design.
I would return it if I thought it was somehow possible. The only reason I don’t call it a complete scam is because it did arrive eventually and was technically the item they were supposed to send.

Dear Customer,
I hope this message finds you well. I want to sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding your recent purchase of our XL Adult Access Play Pen. I genuinely appreciate your insights, and I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience.
Firstly, I want to address the concerns around the shipping timeline. As a growing startup, we've been working hard to improve our logistics and, although our current processes clearly fell short, we're committed to faster delivery methods, including working on solutions that will be implemented by December 2024.
I’m also truly sorry for the confusion caused by our instruction manual. Your comments have highlighted several areas where we need to improve, including the clarity and relevance of our assembly guide. We've already begun revisiting our instructional materials and I've included a link below for an updated user manual, which might be of help: https://happygira.com/pages/user-manual-for-adult-accessible-baby-playpen.
Regarding the product quality, I am disappointed to learn that the playpen and mat did not meet your expectations. We are closely examining our materials and designs, aiming for improvements that reflect the value you anticipate and deserve.
Your note about the peculiar conditions on checking for complete and undamaged pieces has also been taken seriously, as customer trust and satisfaction are paramount to us. We are reviewing this policy to better align with your needs and expectations.
I’d love to continue this discussion and collectively work on a potential solution. Please let us know at [email protected] with your order number at your earliest convenience. Your experience is invaluable in helping us make meaningful changes, and I am committed to resolving these issues with you.
Thank you once again for your candid feedback and patience.
Warm regards,
Customer Support @ HappyGira

DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAM COMPANY! We paid over $400 for a stroller and car seat weeks ago that have yet to arrive. They have zero contact information to call & I have a feeling most of these reviews are fake that are giving 5 stars. Shipping is from overseas and a scam. I will be reporting them to the BBB for fraud.

We understand your concerns about the seemingly limited ways to contact us. As a startup, we are constantly working on improving our communication channels and appreciate your understanding as we navigate these challenges. Our goal is to build and maintain transparent and trustworthy relationships with all our customers. My colleague has told me that you are already in contact with our customer service team.
Regarding the delays in shipping, all shipping details are clearly stated on our website and specifically in the shipping policy section. While this isn't an excuse for not meeting your expectations, it's often the reason for the extended timelines, especially for large items. We realize this situation is far from ideal and are working diligently to find better solutions to prevent such issues in the future. We are expanding our 2-day shipping beyond California in December.
While I don't yet have a direct solution at hand, I would love the opportunity to discuss this further and explore ways we can resolve this to your satisfaction. Please feel free to contact us so we can work together on a path forward.

Defective product of the lowest quality
We ordered a playpen and it took almost a month to get to us. When it arrived, the product was defective and unusable for the purposes advertised: the materials didn’t quite fit together, causing a tear in the fabric when putting parts together because the fabric material was too taut; the zipper of the entrance is broken so the pen would not close (making it useless to us); some of the parts didn’t fit together and broke apart when we tried to make it work; and various other issues. We have been corresponding with the company for months but they have refused to cover the cost of a shipping return to Singapore or issue us a refund. We feel defrauded.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to personally address your recent experience with us, and I deeply apologize for any inconvenience we have caused you.
We are genuinely sorry to hear about the challenges you faced with the playpen order. The shipping delay you experienced is far from the level of service we strive to provide. Due to the nature of shipping directly from one of our three global warehouses, delivery times can sometimes be longer than anticipated, especially with oversized packages like the playpen. Our aim is to have all shipping times clearly presented on shipping policy on our website, and we are actively working on improving delivery times and expanding our 2-day shipping options beyond certain products in California. Expect an announcement from us in December this year.
Regarding the defective product and the difficulties with our customer support team, I truly apologize. The quality issues you described with the zipper and material fitment are unacceptable, and your frustration is completely understandable. We hold ourselves to a high standard, and it's clear we did not meet those expectations in your case. We do offer warranties on our products, and I am perplexed as to why this wasn't adequately addressed by our support team. However, if you are not sure how to assemble correctly, check out detailed guild here: https://happygira.com/pages/happygira-user-instruction-manual
Please know that your feedback is invaluable to us as a startup striving for continuous improvement. We would love to discuss the situation further and explore potential solutions that could work for you. Could you please send us your order number? This will help us look into your specific case with more detail and find a resolution together.
Once again, I apologize for any distress or inconvenience this situation has caused. We take matters like these very seriously, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Thank you for your patience and willingness to communicate with us further. We look forward to resolving this with you.

Happy Gira is a Chinese scam site
Happy Gira is a scam site! Look up the complaints on BBB about the website.
I did some research and HappyGira is owned by "Paw Group Inc" which seems to be a Chinese company. HappyGira does not have a phone number. All communication with their customer service was via email, which should be a red flag already.
If you have had a bad experience with Happy Gira as well, I suggest reporting them to the relevant Attorney General's office. If there are enough complaints maybe the government can take action. If you can afford it consider opening a case against them in small claims court.
