They are really great platform

I got an account with happyending casino on Thursday January 1st and I received 5sc as a welcome bonus . After winning 119sc with that 5sc bonus my device fingerprint was blocked and I could no longer access my account. I have been trying to get ahold of someone since Thursday January 1st for an explanation but I haven’t received one nor have I received any type of correspondence regarding my request. I know I am emailing the correct address because it is the one I got in the customer service chat from the agent. I do not think they are a real or legit sweepstakes casino since they do not honor redemptions or winnings and will not give me an explanation. I know I do not have multiple accounts with happy endings all I got from them at my gmail account was an invitation and I used my outlook account to sign up with them if they say they sent me an explanation they are lying I would like proof because I don’t see any emails from the them. 01/09/25 Happy ending has requested more information and I am now providing it. I received an invite to their casino from betcoin with a promise of a 5sc reward for signing up to my gmail when I went to their site I did put in my gmail address and it said it was already taken I found it odd (I had never signed up with them before) so I tried to log in and it told me no account with that email existed . I thought since I received a invite with a promise of a 5sc reward and nothing else about or from happy ending to my gmail it was some mistake so I figured it was ok to go and use my outlook account to sign up. I did of course use the same phone number I always use as I only have one phone. After making my account and receiving the complimentary 5sc I won 119sc on the slot jungle diamonds. I went to redeem and it allowed me to put in my redemption amount but did not allow me to go any further. I tried to find where to do my KYC verification but couldn’t find anything. After that I was soon kicked out of my account and the site and my device finger print was flagged . As far as them responding to me with an explanation I did contact an agent in their customer service chat but all they told me was that they were creating a support ticket and someone would get back to me with an emailed response. I never received an email explaining why my device finger print was flagged and I could no longer access my account. I just find it odd that only email I ever received about or from them was an invite from betcoin to my Gmail for their casino offering me a 5sc bonus for signing up especially if I couldn’t get an account there because I already had one with betcoin. I also find it strange their site told me no account existed with this email when I tried to log in with my Gmail. I also received an email from betcoin to my gmail dated January 1st asking me to sign up with them after I had opened my account with happy ending which makes me think I didn’t have an account with betcoin either. I explained all this, aside from the email from betcoin asking me to sign up dated January 1st , to the chat agent as well as in the emails I sent requesting information but never received an explanation. If they have proof to the contrary of what I am saying I would like to see it.

I have an impressive experience so far with Betcoin.Social. The site is easy to navigate and a nice layout of games are included. I say it is worth it to give them a try.

Since this site only gives a$2 sign up bonus it makes it a little difficult to really go through the site before you have to deposit your own money. However, they have a lot if Betsoft games, which are some of my favorite, with minimum spins at 10¢ so it is possible to play a few games initially to test the waters. 4/5 because no one’s perfect but they’re trying to get as close as possible and that’s what counts.
