**** UPDATED**** VERY DISSAPOINTED ON THIS WEBSITE I made an involuntary mistake and they suspended my account without giving me a right to explain. I have been a daily fan of this website. always respectful of their guidelines. But one day, I decided to give a try to the referral program. So a friend of mine came to visit me for the weekend and I mentioned to him about this website and asked him if I can send him my referral link so both of us can get the referral benefits. He signed up right away but I did not realize that he did it while being connected to my wifi. Then this company Betcoin Social proceeded to suspend my account without any warning. When I requested an explanation they sent me a reply telling me that because I created another account they have me suspended and to not dare to open a new one since they have my IP address. That is when I realized the mistake and misunderstanding from the company. I sent a reply indicating how sorry I am of this mistake but at the same time I asked the company to check the information my friend provided when creating a new account using my wifi and they will realize that it wasn't me creating a duplicate account. Did I get a reply? NOTHING. I insisted and email them asking for a follow up on my explanation and they just decided to go mute. After all this time buying gold packages, winning a couple of time, why do they came to believe I needed a duplicate account? I really get mad when companies believe they aqre right on everything. But in the meantime, I will rise my voice and protest about this injustice. I am coming to the conclusion that this company does not like when customers start winning and requesting withdrawals. Because their indifference to listen a customer and their lack of interest in follow up on their explanations I have to update this review and warn honest customers like myself TO BE AWARE of this company when it comes to defend ourselves when it comes to innocent mistakes. I have been playing Poker tournaments since 2024 and so far very pleased with the freerolls.
