Got a multi store gift card as a gift. Went to Macy's to use it and nobody there, including the manager could figure out how to use it. After 20 minutes I finally just paid with my credit card so I could get out of there. Went to use it online at Ulta and it's not valid online. Can't be used on Macy's online either. I have no clue if there is anywhere you can actually use this. If you are thinking of buying this for someone just get a regular store gift card that will actually work.

SCAM!! Echoing all the comments on here about this being a scam! My son got a gift card for his birthday and the receipt was taped to it. Went to use it and balance was $0! The card number was activated and used in a town 30 minutes away! Seems they are issuing cards with the same number. Called company and nothing done. Was told a manager would call back and of course never happened. Will tell everyone I know to NEVER buy one of these gift cards.

SCAM! Wish I read all the other reviews saying it’s a scam before trying to use it at Macy’s and looking like an idiot trying to get the $25 card to work. The customer service staff at Happy Cards are hard to understand, unhelpful and combative. There has to be a class action lawsuit against these criminals. People are spending their hard earned money on these cards and they can’t be redeemed! Are you serious? How are they still being sold?

Call the number, told there is 25.00 on the card but impossible to redeem at a retailer

the people I spoke to did not know anything about the card. I could not find out anything about the card. talking to a supervisor did not help. both people were hard to understand. I am on hold waiting on management. Is there a class action suit against this ripoff company yet.

What went wrong? 1. Card doesn’t work 2. Called support, says the card is supposed to work 3. Tried again, still doesn’t work 4. Called support, says the card is supposed to work 5. I give up Save your money and avoid this card.

The 1 star is only because there is not a negative 5 star rating on the screen. The card is the worst card to use out of all the gift cards on the gift card shelf. If you try to use it at any merchant they can noy figure out how to use it. They ask do we use it as a gift card or a credit card? Who knows, I don't. I stopped buying this card brand. It is not worth the embarrassment.

SCAM! I was gifted a Happy Home Card. I tried to check the balance on the back and when I peeled the strip off to access the card number, some of the card number lifted off and I will never know what it on the card or be able to access the full amount. JUST GIFT CASH. DON’T WASTE MONEY ON SOME CORPORATION GETTING TO DIP INTO IT TO. Anyway, called the number on the card and their customer service number and OF COURSE you need to enter your card number to speak to anyone. Ridiculous.
