Disappointed. Customer service is lacking
Customer service is bad on returning emails. I have questions about a shirt I ordered 8 days ago and was checking my tracking number it says it should of been here on the 7th day.No other updates have been made about my order. I've been emailing customer service to see what's going on but no response.

Sorry for the delay, but we definitely responded (even on the weekend) and it was a lost package that we filed a claim for and eventually it got delivered.

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my…
It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I am still waiting for it to arrive. Glad this was not a gift.

We apologize for the delay, but this shipped on May 17, and USPS still has not delivered it 11 days later. The tracking number shows : In Transit, Arriving Late Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility.
