Fraud fraud fraud Resent me their 'device'. The second one was just the same useless trash as the first. Messaged them. No response. Charged their goddamn 'subscription fee', After my email that their second device isn't working as well. Responce: 'My sincerest apologies. I have reviewed our past correspondence and do see I missed a response from you. I apologize for my error. Unfortunately, I would not have been able to provide you a refund for the device on 12/13 as the indiegogo campaign has long been over. In addition, on that date you were outside the return window. I can refund your membership and have already done so. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to show in your account. I can cancel that membership so you will no longer see any charges, and have been authorized to grant you 3 free months.' A year later.... Just found out they charged me their 'subscription' again. Please, find a spare hour to report them to every governing authority you can find. Inglorious b......s UPD: they issued a refund for their subscription, two days after this review. There was no email explaining what happened out there.

Having the hapbee I love when it works but every time you change something it takes to long to get it figured out. Communication is slow and the phone number is always busy. I have a feeling you are a good company but not for busy and non technical people.

I really have not felt anything with its use off and on. And I need to be more consistent. I have mostly used deep sleep. And I can't say it helped but I am hopefull and will continue trying. "Also if one is trying to sleep the light on the device is distracting and hinders sleep.
