Simple to use, effective, and surprisingly calming. Highly recommend.

I had real trouble sleeping my Oura ring showed very disrupted sleep then I got Hapbee and in a single night using the Hapbee my sleep score went from a 62 to a 94 and has stayed there every night I use it.

*** UPDATE. Hapbee really turn things around. Once they read my review below, they quickly took action. They reached out to me. They allowed me to return the product. While it was not effective for me, great customer service is valuable to everyone. They definitely delivered with great customer service. I was fully refunded. As this product progresses, I will consider it again in the future. Thank you Hapbee! I purchased the Hapbee pad and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. The product was delivered in a timely manner, and I gave it a fair chance by using it for over a week. I carefully tracked my sleep data with a WHOOP wearable device, but I saw no improvements in REM sleep or deep sleep. I also did not fall asleep any faster. To make matters worse, the subscription I paid for was never activated. Despite multiple attempts, I was never able to get sufficient help to resolve the issue. Because I did not keep the original packaging, I was told I could not receive a refund on the product itself. Hopefully Hapbee will extend a courtesy and at least refund me for the subscription. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. It did not work for me.

Customer service was ON POINT AND AMAZING!! everything went smoothly including all questions, concerns as well as returns!! despite the bad reviews, this company is honest and trustworthy. the product i received was amazing— some of y’all are acting like it will solve all of your problems when in reality nothing will except yourself!! so don’t put such a huge expectation on it. i personally thought the product was great, worked well and had a good function, but at the end of the day, i could do without it :) i returned it smoothly (with customer service by my side) and got a full refund after 30 days of use!!! wonderful, great company. 5 stars, thank you so much!!

I’ve been using this product for about five years, and I can definitely feel a difference when I put it on. In my experience, it’s worth trying for anyone looking to optimize their performance or improve their sleep.

The Hapbee experience has been a good one. Used it especially for the Calming setting and it has really helped. Would highly recommend trying it

I initially bought the neckband to help me sleep, and it works better than expected. The biggest surprise is how well the alert and focus frequencies work. I especially use the focus frequency to lock in and get some work done. Can’t believe I actually feel the difference. Highly recommend this product.
