It keeps this 81 yr old completely involved in all my motor skills and enjoyment for the challenge you create for me and everyone else. Thanks to everyone involved in your company.

The customer service is exemplary. I wrote telling them of parts missing and it has been just a week and I already have the missing parts.

I loved these quality crafted insects. They were very well made and assembled pretty easily.

My kit was missing one of the bags, so I called Customer Service. I spoke with Alex Park, who sent the requested bag very promptly. Alex was also friendly and courteous, two much-appreciated traits.

Had 2 pieces break, and they replaced them very quickly. I was able to use their online messaging tool to request the replacements, and I expected it to to take forever to receive the pieces. I was pleasantly surprised.

It’s great for kids, can be challenging, great for developing fine motor skills, and it’s something you can treasure and pass down.

Excellent my husband loved this and it’s all together

I purchased several of the wooden swans to use in Rwanda, Africa in a training for nurses. It was a great event as they never had done a puzzle let alone a 3D-puzzle. Each one had all of parts and all went perfectly. At the end I told the story of the ugly duckling for understanding of lateral and vertical abuse/jealousy and inspirational to soar in your glory of who you are as a nurse. Thank you
