I just spoke to Jay and I must say she gave me exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help me. I won’t go into detail as it will take to much time. I ordered a Michael Kors purse and my daughter was beyond happy. Price was great and received it as promised even though it was the Christmas holidays. Jay, thank you so much and because of your professionalism I will definitely order from this company again.

I purchased a Tory Burch bag for my wife’s birthday present. The price was excellent and the service every bit as good. I had some follow up questions and was amazed how prompt they were with their response! Overall, an excellent shopping experience! I will definitely purchase from HandMeTheBag again!
