Renee, Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We appreciate your honest feedback. All of our products are measured by the ounce, so rest assured that your 6 oz sugar scrub contains 6 oz of product. You may have noticed that there is some air within the tubes. This is totally normal! All of our products need this cushion of air in order for the product to get out of the tube easily, so that it is right there when you need it! Since we transitioned from the glass jars to the tubes, we've been able to remove a preservative from our sugar scrubs, making them even more skin-friendly. In addition, we've found that having our products in tubes makes them more shower-friendly and easy to handle in wet conditions. Check your inbox, we sent you a message with more information!
