I have been trying to reach this company but no one answers. There no answering service to answer your calls. I paid extra to expedite my order to overnight delivery, I still didn’t receive any tracking info from them. This is really bad customer services.

This order was placed on Friday January 4th at 4:39pm requesting two (2) AB14’s be overnighted. This order was placed at 4:39pm after our shipping cut off time. With all the fraudulent orders we have been dealing with we always contact the buyer before we ship. I tried to contact Amal two times via phone and got hung up on both times. I also sent an email with no response. I decided not to ship these units due to the phone call response and no response to the email. The customer says she called several times on Saturday while we were closed and could did not get a return call. She left the bad review on Saturday the 5th before we had time to contact her on Monday when we reopened. Once we talked to her on Monday and explained what happened we ended up refunding the overnight charge but still shipped them overnight on our own expense. I did talk to Doctor Girgis (end user) and explained what happened and he under stood and let me know they were opening on Wednesday. We did get the unit to the jobsite prior to them opening. I talked to Amal Shahin again today explaining all this once again and was told she would amend the review.
