After ordering online I was contacted by phone because the person preparing my order noticed the 2 dryer parts had different voltages. He switched out the part that was wrong and I still received the package in three days. His attention to detail saved me the hassle of exchanging the parts AND ensured our repair could be made in a timely fashion.

Very disappointed with the company. I purchased 5 hand dryers for our new home online. The gentleman for the company called me and said it’s highly unusual someone buys 5 hand dryer for their home and he immediately suspected fraud. He asked me to send a copy of my driver’s license; which I refused. I’ve never had to do that for an online purchase. That was rather strange and unusual. The gentleman and I settled on shipping the hand dryers to my present home; not the one we had just closed on. I was informed he would send me the tracking information so I could be sure to have someone at home. Instead of the gentleman honoring the words he spoke to me, he refunded the purchase. I felt this was a coward move and unprofessional. There should’ve been communication to say we discussed shipping the products to your current home, but I decided to refund your purchase.

Unfortunately we receive a number of fraudulent orders over our website. Most of these are easy to identify. Your order met a number of criteria that we look for in fraudulent orders, Peter decided to reach out to you so we can address some of our concerns. In the end, I (Darrell Kirksey) decided to cancel this order. I understand your coward/unprofessional comment. When we make the decision to cancel an order due to fraudulent concerns we stop all contact. We refunded your credit card for full amount when we decided to cancel this order.
