Had a massage on 3-29-24. I was only 30% satisfied. I was asked which areas needed the most attention, which when worked on,didn't receive too much attention at all. She (AV) mostly (only) worked on my back the full time. I wasn't asked to turn over and I had to ask her to massage my hands. My feet barely got touched and she stopped 10 minutes early. If I paid for a full hour massage, that's what I expected. Not sure if I will return there for any type of service. So my rating stays the same (3), and I just felt like it could have been better and more relaxing. I had a massage there last year, which was awesome.

The front desk Customer service was good. The overall service for the price was not good. I've been to some high end spas and I guess I expected more pampering when I spend that kind of money. The music was loud and not relaxing. The head rest on the bed was very uncomfortable, like one Size fits all. When I was leaving the room, I was handed a Dixie cup size cup of water.

Hand and stone Allendale NJ The service is fine, my massage therapist Emma is fantastic, my complaint as a member is that I can only visit on weekends, I save 2 services to get an 80 minute Hot stone massage, now I'm told that they only book 50 minutes on weekends, that is the most ridiculous rule especially for their members. I will no longer visit this location , I will try another that will accommodate a member !!!! daisy and Gina are the Managers of Allendale, Franklin lakes & Emerson and they all have the same outrageous rule!!!! Not a good way to keep members very disappointed
