I was a pledge via Kickstarter for the Hanboost S2 rotary tool and accessory kits.
I was a pledge via Kickstarter for the Hanboost S2 rotary tool and kits. Unfortunately for me, the package wound up getting lost in the mail. Hanboost helped out on an unsuccessful search for the package. When that didn't work out, Hanboost replaced the entire package after the USPS reimbursed me for the lost package. Hanboost didn't have to step up and help out a pledge but did so promptly and quickly. Thank you Hanboost for all the help along the way!
