These lashes are supposed to last 5-7 days. As soon as I splashed water on my face, they went down the drain. They are a total waste of money. Additionally, the glooped and you can see it!

I recently bought some tools from this company and have to say that when I received my package I was rather shocked and digusted with the condition of one of the items from my package. The Anti-Splash Nail Clippers are covered in a layer of grime that cannot be wiped off. I attempted to clean them with soap and alcohol, but the residue would not come off. Even more concerning, there is black buildup inside the cover that closely resembles mold. This is a serious health and safety issue. The product appears to have been used, returned, repackaged, and then sent to me. That is completely unacceptable, especially for a personal hygiene tool that comes into direct contact with skin. Had I not carefully inspected the clippers and used them, I could have risked a fungal infection or contact dermatitis. I am immunocompromised and prone to getting sick easily, so receiving a product in this state is not just disappointing, it is alarming. I am also unable to leave a review on their website or shop page for this product, which only adds to my concern.

Hi Tracy, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not the condition our products should arrive in, especially for a personal hygiene item. Please note that all of our products are shipped brand new and unused, and we do not resell returned personal care tools. What you described is very unusual and we take this matter seriously. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details so we can arrange a replacement or full refund right away. Thank you for bringing this to our attention— feedback like yours helps us improve and ensure our customers always receive products in the condition they expect. Best regards, Hanakoko Support Team

Ordered over a month ago the eyeliner and I have not received it yet . I think I was scammed !

I placed an order for these and was excited about getting them. After waiting a month, gofoexpress delivered it to the wrong house. Now the shipping company is "doing an investigation" which could take another two weeks to determine if I'm due a refund. Lesson-don't purchase from China!

The press on lashes have not lasted more than 15 - 20 min, no matter the prep. I've followed all the advice I could find online. I even resulted to cleaning my natural lashes with iso prior to application- still fell off

Be carreful its a scam ! Dropshipping ! You can find the exact same nails on sites like yesstyle, ali express, temu for 3-4€ Hanakoko is charging you ten times the amount, they re thieves, keep your money and don't buy from that site !

Most of the nails are from aliexpress and are £3-£5 when they’re charging £20-£30 ie the strawberry smoothie nails she’s charging £25 but they’re £4.53 on aliexpress Don’t get ripped off

TLDR; very poor/rude customer service, leaves you to manage delivery issues on your own, expensive product. They never delivered my product and are refusing me a refund. I shared evidence the delivery person hasn’t delivered the package while their system marks it as delivered. The seller leaves you to handle any issues with delivery rather than being helpful and responsible for it. I wouldn’t recommend the company at all! Edit: I finally got the seller to be open to providing the refund but only after calling out the seller for not taking my evidence for not receiving the product into account and mentioning I'd document my experience on social media. Sad I had to go through so much before I could get what I needed from the seller! Second edit: So they shifted their wording around the refund and mentioned they would only refund the shipping fee. I performed a chargeback with my bank prior to the seller agreeing to a refund because they were originally unwilling. I was going to cancel the chargeback but they backed down and mentioned they want to only refund the shipping fee. I'm not going through the trouble of calling my bank since I don't trust they'll actually refund me.
