product works well so far-- but the size of the bottles were significantly smaller than advertised when i ordered. Other than that- no complaints

I received the eyebrow tint. Easy to apply. Followed the instructions and peeled off when dry. The color is fantastic! Better than I expected. Since its my first time, I’ll have to wait and see how long the tint lasts, but if first impressions mean anything, then I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!

I love my eyelash serum. I use it every night before bed and I see the good results.

I received some knock off peptide toner. Two small bottles. Not the large bottles as advertised. Not the correct product and not with their label. Ordered directly from the Hanae Korea website so shouldn’t have been a problem. Very disappointed.

i am extremely impressed with the "service"... fast delivery and eager to please attitude of company ... have used for only a week ... looking forward to fuller lashes. love the applicator brush. makes so much more sense than the skinny paint brush liner application

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered the silk peptide toner... clearly in the ad you see the big bottle with their label and the gold tinted liquid. I did a buy one get one free for$34.95 plus tax. It took weeks to get, even though they claim it ships within 2 days... it didn't move to shipped for 2 weeks. When it arrived it was two 3oz bottles, boxes said made in China, no company name on label, and a clearish-white mystery liquid. I reached out to their customer support email. "Neil" from support told me he would have to speak with his team to figure out what happened and contact me in a few weeks... a few weeks? It takes that long to figure out you scammed me? Any additional emails I have sent requesting a refund have had no response. They stole my money and sent me a mystery product. Don't waste your time.
