The product is great I have more than enough and I’ll be traveling for the next 4 months and I’ll readdress order after that. That’s why I have asked to stop all orders.

I’ve previously tried several different lash serums and saw minimal results. The Hanae Korea lash serum is different. The brush is a game changer, allowing me to get the small inner and outer lashes. The serum doesn’t irritate my eyes. Best of all, I’m starting to see results! This stuff is the real deal!

Costumer service is awful, I’ve received one item instead of two items advertised, I e mailed to return and get a refund 3 times, they never responded till today, this is very rude, the company does not respect their customers, it’s just a big scam!

It was good and easy to apply and I've been gradually seeing my eyelashes getting longer! Overall a great product, no complaints!

I received the package I ordered, but I am dissatisfied with the product. The Hanae eyebrow tint does not match the product I ordered, and it did not tint my eyebrows.
